Import & logistics
Consolidation at origin, sea and air freight, customs clearance at Saudi ports and delivery to our bonded-standard central warehouse. Suppliers ship FOB or EXW; we handle the rest.
Regulatory conformity
Product registration on the SABER platform, SASO technical-regulation compliance, GSO Gulf Conformity Mark for gas appliances, IECEE CB report handling and Saudi energy-efficiency labelling.
Warehousing & stock
Committed stock of running lines and a dedicated spare-parts store, so dealers, projects and service calls are fulfilled from local inventory with predictable lead times.
Distribution & trade sales
Account management for kitchen studios, appliance retailers and designers nationwide, with display programmes, product training and point-of-sale material in Arabic and English.

How a product reaches the kitchen
From factory to installed appliance.
The same process applies whether the product ships from Northern Italy, the German Black Forest or Guangdong. Each step has an owner inside Space International.
Range selection & Gulf specification
Product engineers review the manufacturer's range and agree the regional configuration: voltage, frequency, climate class, gas settings, documentation and packaging.
Conformity & registration
Test reports are collected, gaps identified and products registered with SASO / SABER and GSO before the first purchase order is placed.
Forecast, order & ship
Rolling twelve-month forecasts are shared with the factory; orders are consolidated into full containers and shipped to Jeddah or Dammam.
Clearance & warehousing
Customs clearance, inspection and receipt into the Riyadh central warehouse, with serial-number-level stock control.
Sale through trade channels
Dealers, kitchen studios and project teams order from local stock; display units and training support the sell-out.
Installation & service
Our technicians install, register the warranty and remain the single point of contact for the appliance's working life.
Reporting back to the factory
Sell-in, sell-out, stock cover and service statistics are reported to the manufacturer so both sides plan from the same numbers.
